How it works

Every action in Supametric starts with a metric.
It’s easy to be overwhelmed by what you can use Supametric for. An easy way to think about it is everything revolves around tracking, managing or reporting metrics. Everything you do you use the palette of metrics in your workspace.
Metrics
If eveything starts with a metric, than the most important thing is how you get metrics in your workspace.
This is quite simple. You integrate your platforms, use Supametric's AI to setup a bunch of clients fast, then your standard metrics are in the platform. See integrations for a list of the standard metrics available for each integration.
For custom metrics, like call center metrics or industry specific metrics like ‘# of kitchens sold’ you use custom metrics and formulas. See how they work here.
Using metrics
In Supametric you can track, manage and report on any metric in the workspace.
I’ll use Meta CPL in this example - but this applies to the 30+ standard metrics and any custom metric or formula you create.
So to see Meta CPL, you go to your clients sheet to see the break down by client - or filter for a specific client group.
To see your average Meta CPL at the agency or at a team level you go to your dashboard and create a chart for the metric.
To create an alert when Meta CPL exceeds a certain threshold. You go to alerts, select your metric, then use the bulk editor to set the threshold and notification settings for the clients or campaigns. You can see how it works here.
Alerts are added to the smart issue board when they’re created. So anytime Meta CPL exceeds the threshold set above it will become an issue. To see all Meta CPL issues go to your smart issue board and filter metrics by Meta CPL.
To report Meta CPL, click the client you want to report for and drag Meta CPL into your report. Then you just click to copy the link and share it with your client. You’ll add some other metrics as well but our standard and custom templates will help with that.
Conclusion
Most of our agencies have 2-3 KPIs and 5-10 other metrics that matter to them. They setup Supametric so everything is centered around those metrics.
Their sheets are sorted by them and hide other metrics.
They get metric alerts for them.
They use their agency dashboard to get a high level view of how the metrics are performing across their teams and agency.
They have a custom report template setup with them in it they easily copy to new clients.
Everything is centered around metrics and you will customize the platform for your KPIs.
